- The only thing I might add is:
.
1. BALANCE COMPENSATION: If you have balance compensation dots on the sidewall of your tire that indicate the lightest point of the tire then you should install the tire with that location to be adjacent the heaviest spot of your wheel. It is a myth that valve stem is the heaviest point -- do this correctly by using your static balancer to determine the heaviest point of the wheel alone and then use that as your heavy point. This will cut the amount of weight you need to come to balance. Take care of tire rotation direction too (if tire has an arrow marking) -- getting this reversed your tire will not channel water properly. Dunlop uses yellow dots, Pirelli uses red. No dots? Then there is no light point so then you don't worry about it.

2. SPLITTING WEIGHT: Always good to split the weights from side to side on the wheel (as Bill Williams in the video did). Use 3.5g weights so you can split them easily. This prevents any dual-plane counter imbalance from contributign to wobble/vibration. Easy to do if you are using zinc weights. For static balancing (as shown here) the weights should be set inward on the wheel -- as close to the center-plane as possible. I noticed this wheel is spoked in this video and it may be possible to actually put the weights directly on the center-line of the wheel. (For dynamic balancing the weighs are set as far outward as possible).
